2015 Ventisquero Grey Chardonnay, Casablanca Valley
This young dynamic winery is full of energy and creativity. With the drive of passionate winemakers, led by Felipe Tosso and aided by John Duval, they are producing wines that are unique and characterful.
Half the wine is fermented in French oak barrels of which 10% is new then aged for 10 months on its lees. Elegant, fresh and complex with tropical fruits aromas and notes of honey and vanilla. Full-bodied and well balanced with a refreshing acidity.
